Savina MX Precision Wipe Cleanroom Cloth

Savina MX  cleanroom cloth is a knitted split microfiber cleanroom wipe.

Developed for high-grade clean environments, adopting a special fiber structure and forming process.

Control particle shedding and substance extraction during wiping for the removal of micro-contaminants on the surface of precision workpieces.

Fiber Raw Material Structure

Savina MX cleanroom cloth uses Belima X bicomponent conjugate fibers as the base material. The fibers undergo a splitting process to be separated into ultra-filament monofilaments with profiled cross-sections.

This cross-sectional profile conforms to the microscopic irregularities on the workpiece surface, trapping submicron particles during wiping and reducing the likelihood of reattachment of contaminants.

Processing and Edge Sealing Technology

The fabric is woven with fine-gauge knitting, featuring a soft texture that is unlikely to scratch sensitive surfaces upon contact.

The cutting process adopts high-temperature melt-sealing edge treatment. Fibers at the cut are melted and bonded by heat, reducing the loosening and shedding of edge fibers and controlling the source of particle generation from edges.

Wiping is a basic process in precision manufacturing, and the parameters of consumables directly affect cleaning results.

Savina MX controls the contamination risks inherent to the consumable within a manageable range through a complete process covering fiber structure design, edge-sealing technology and clean washing.

As a wiping consumable for high-cleanliness processes, it meets the wiping requirements of various precision manufacturing applications.
